NANO-PROPRIETARY, INC. TO PRESENT AT AISA DISPLAY 2007

Austin , Texas , March 9, 2007 – Nano-Proprietary, Inc. (OTC BB: NNPP), today announced that its subsidiary, Applied Nanotech, Inc. (“ANI”) will present two invited papers at Asia Display 2007 being held from March 12-16, 2007 in Shanghai, China. Asia Display 2007 is the largest conference dedicated to display technology and development.

Dr. Richard Fink will present two papers. A paper titled, “Technical Comparison of SED TV and FED TV” that compares the differences and similarities of these two emissive TV technologies and a paper titled “Nanoelectronics as Applied to Field Emission Displays Using Carbon Nanotubes” on the use of nanotechnology for printed CNT TVs.

Dr. Zvi Yaniv, Chief Executive Officer of ANI, will give a tutorial on the use of nanotechnology for display applications and Chair two conference sessions. Dr. Yaniv will Chair sessions on “Nano Applications” and “Field Emission Displays (FED).”
