Honorary guest speakers during the ceremony also included, Lloyd Doggett, Congressman, 25th District of Texas, Mark Strama, Texas State Representative and Lee Leffingwell, Austin City Mayor.
The ceremony culminated with a traditional Japanese "Shogun" blessing and a tour of the new facility.
