ANI Nanoparticle Aluminum Ink
ANI's Al-iS3000PV is low viscosity aluminum ink designed for patterning metal contacts onto silicon solar cells via spray coating and aerosolized jetting. Al-iS3000PV can be thermally cured in air to form conductive patterns on solar cells. Al-iS3000PV utilizes a proprietary formulation of aluminum particles to achieve good conductivity even at low curing temperatures for thin film PV applications, and is also compatible with standard co-fire processes at higher temperatures. Al-iS3000PV aluminum spray ink is cadmium and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly alternative process for solar cell metallization.
